Want to kick your cardiovascular endurance into high gear?!?! This class is designed to keep you moving the whole time with limited breaks. No barbell work, just you against you.
OLY Program: Lifting and Technique
Are you struggling with your form? Want to MASTER your barbell lifts? Are you looking to gain muscle mass? Join Coach Jacob, an Exercise Science Major, for our 10 week Lifting and Technique Program and not only significantly improve your form, but gain strength as well!
strongman: For men and women
Strongman uses the strength and fitness you already have and applies it to odd objects. From Yolk Carries to Atlas Stones, from Log Presses to the Húsafell Stone and even Keg tosses, you will challenge your body in new and exciting ways! You will find it will reinforce the mechanics you already use in class but show you how to apply them to unconventional objects!!!

Taking the EnduraFit class was the best thing that I did. The class is cardio based and also incorporates weights in the form of kettlebells and dumbbells into the workout. The class is designed to keep you moving for the whole time with limited breaks as you complete each round or movement. Besides improving my cardio, I was also surprised how my weightlifting improved as I was able to increase the weight when using the kettlebell or dumbbell. Cardio is hardio, but the Coach sneaks in the most epic cardio WODs in EnduraFit that are 100% achievable and will boost your endurance for all things fitness - CrossFit or otherwise (probably why they call it EnduraFit )! No matter what level you are, this program is for you. Plus working with Coach Sheri is the best. OLY Program: Lifting and Technique Reviews
The Lifting and Technique OLY class is one of the best things I ever did at CrossFit Mokena. Coach Jacob was really fun to work with and he had soooo many tips and pointers that were really a game changer for me. His attention to details on each lift really makes a difference. After working with him I hit a PR in squat snatch, squat clean, and split jerk while in class. Also hit a PR deadlift shortly after in the OLY Open. Most importantly, though, he gave me a confidence to not be afraid of those lifts.....especially squat snatch. - Mike Crothers

During the OLY Lifting and Technique program, Coach took a great deal of time working with me one on one correcting form on many of my lifts, which helped me achieve higher maxes and reduced my chances of injury. OLY is one of the greatest courses I ever took. I do like the barbell - a lot, but after the OLY Lifting and Technique program I was ready to take it in bed with me at night. PRs went up, got stronger than ever before, and the form felt grate after the program. The Lifting and Technique program breaks down techniques into smaller chunks with actionable feedback to improve. With this feedback my form improved and resulted in a 20% weight increase in all lifts. - Anonymous
strongman reviews
Hey StrongWOMAN here! I did 2 programs (so far) while I was also working out at CrossFit Mokena. Every Sunday Coach Jason would show us each equipment that we would practice and strength train. For example, there were farmer carry, yolk equipment AND others that I have NEVER heard of or used! It felt so imitating, but I was so glad that Jason taught us the moves, steps, proper form and learn what not to do that could cause injury. I felt stronger after each class and it was a great motivation for me to continue to join the program. - Tyana Martinez
The Strongman program led by Coach Jason is amazing! He made me feel at ease in a super intimidating setting with weights well into the 500+ range getting moved around. I love lifting heavy and he taught us how to do so safely and with the unique Strongman equipment to give us all the confidence we needed to succeed.
