We host a FREE HYROX-style workout on the 1st Saturday of every month at CrossFit Mokena. This session is open to anyone in the community who wants to learn more, move their body, and experience the energy of HYROX-style training.

⏰Time: 9:30am

No experience needed. Just show up ready to move and have fun!
